What did I do on Memorial Day, you ask??? Did I relax? Lay out by a pool on this beautiful day? Play with my kids? Oh no! I helped out with the remodeling at the Kenpo Dojo by painting. The kids ran around as Cindy and I painted. We were glad to help out our friend, Dave. The place looks awesome!

May 30th

Mark and I took the kids to the LuLu Shrine Circus. This has been a tradition of ours for the last few years. This one was the best yet, although it was extremely hot and I got sunburn.

May 29th

Went to the dojo to help paint, but had to do all the pre-work before hand. I sanded the walls and woodwork while Cheryl wiped the walls after me. The room is now prepped and ready for color.

May 28th

Well Johnny finally lost 2 teeth! They had to be pulled at the dentist yesterday, but the tooth fairy left him something for his piggy bank.

May 27th

Went to PF Changs for my birthday. I ordered the shrimp with candied walnuts and honeydew. Very yummy! I thought my fortune was a little strange though.

May 26th

Happy birthday to me!! I cut my hair today for locks of love. I am not used to my hair being short but I think I like it. Hey anything to make me look younger!!

May 25th

In Girlscouts we are working on a penny try-it. I gave the girls dollar bills and magnifying glasses then told them to try and find the animal on the front. They had to tell me what animal it was. Can you see it??
